I’m Marietta Mehanni

I have been a fitness instructor and educator for over 30 years. It’s my life, my passion, and it excites me every day. I can still remember when I started working out. I was surprised to discover that I couldn't do everything that other people could. I felt embarrassed and like a failure. But I persevered and learned more about my body, and realised that there were many other people with different abilities and skill levels like me.

I love this diversity among my students too. It challenges me as an instructor to provide a workout that is achievable for everyone and most importantly, FUN! Everyone works out at different levels and have different reasons for joining. My intention is to guide and instruct you through a class that will achieve your individual goals.

I’m passionate about lifting people up and helping them to regain their movement, flexibility and tone.
