Technique

In this seminar, I'll show you exactly how to demonstrate the exercise effectively, so participants gain the most out of the classic pendulum swing, and feel it in the appropriate muscles.

You can use a variety of arm movements to modify the pendulum exercise and build strength in different muscles. As well as slow down your leg swing, which will make the exercise more challenging.

The pendulum is a great way to unleash your creativity. When you combine a directional change with a rebounding action, you can create some truly unique combinations.
