Memory Through Movement
Did you know that simply moving around more can help your memory?
And it's not just about how much you are moving, but the kind of movement you do, too.
Science has proven that when you move, in ways that you change speed, change direction, and move your head - you improve both memory and learning.
There has never been a better time to understand how important movement is to memory.
We all know the importance of physical activity to our health, but did you know that movement is also intimately linked to your memory?
We live in a digital world. Our screens have become our primary method of receiving information.
More than ever before, we sit on the proverbial couch. We are surrounded by more and more, but we do less and less. There is a growing body of research that shows this inactivity can not only be detrimental to our physical health, but also to our memory.
Are you someone...
-
Who wants to enhance the ability to learn new skills?
-
Who wants to improve memory and the ability to recall information quickly?
-
Who wants to improve their balance?
-
Works with the elderly, who are more likely to be affected by falls?
There has never been a better time understand how important movement is to memory.

Oh wow! That was fantastic. I got more of this course and understanding facia and cells on a 'deeper' level (pun intended) than I did from any of my course books.
This made a lot more sense and I now understand the process of what's going at a cellular level much better.
