This program is built around three proven class formats: Gymstick (or Body Conditioning), mSwing, and Stretch Me, repeated in rotation across 9 days.
Each time you revisit a format, you’ll experience a different workout within that style, keeping things fresh while still building familiarity and confidence.
- Gymstick (or Body Conditioning) – Target your whole body with resistance training or bodyweight conditioning, giving you strength and power in just 20 minutes.
- mSwing – Flowing, fascia-based training with a single dumbbell that boosts mobility, coordination, and core strength. Each workout offers new patterns and playful variations.
- Stretch Me – Dedicated sessions to release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery with a fresh sequence each time to target different areas.
