New Year's Day Workout is designed to get you in shape, and set yourself up for start of a brand new year. This total body workout will torch calories, get your body moving, and make you feel good. And I would love the opportunity to share a great start to the new year.
Jump in at any time. You can do the whole workout or just a part of it.
- 9am Low impact aerobics
- 9.30am mSwing (using a light dumbbell)
- 9.50am Body Conditioning (using your body weight)
- 10.10-10.30am Stretch
