Wednesday 28th September 7am 20min FREE POP UP Body Conditioning Workout

Below is what I'll be covering in the workout and what you will need for this session.

  • General introduction to the workout to cater for people who have not have done a body conditioning workout with me
  • 18 minutes of body conditioning using body weight and a step
  • Stretch
  • You will need a mat and 1x light dumbbell for this workout.
  • This is a 20 minute workout.
