This is not just another workshop where you sit and watch.

This is a practical, hands-on day designed to help you feel more confident in the water, clearer in your coaching, and more in control of your classes.

You’ll move between pool and classroom, learning how to understand movement, structure your sessions, and deliver with purpose.

You’ll experience the Deep Water Aqua Trios format, a simple, effective way to plan classes without overthinking, and break down key shallow water movements so you can coach them with more clarity and precision.

You’ll also have the opportunity to practise teaching in a supportive environment, with real-time feedback and the chance to see yourself in action.

And we finish with The Instructor Edge, focusing on how you show up, connect, and create classes that people remember.
