Below is what I'll be covering in the workout and what you will need for this session.

    • General introduction to the workout 
    • Low impact aerobics cardiovascular conditioning for approximately 18 minutes
    • A stretch to end the workout 

Make sure to have plenty of space to move around. This is a 20 minute workout.
